Note

  1. Registered participants will receive:

    • Access to all scientific sessions

  2. The outstation students will have to arrange for their own stay as accommodation will not be provided.

Step 1: Information Required for Payment

  • Check your respective fee details mentioned above and pay via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any Bank App of your choice to the above-mentioned Bank Account (please make sure to enter the bank details carefully).

  • Mention your name and "NCCS Symposium" in the descriptive space while making the payment.

  • After successful completion of the payment process, note the transaction ID and save the screenshot of the payment details. Upload these details in the registration form.

 

Step 2: Registration and Abstract Submission Process

  • Fill up the personal details in the Google Form.

  • Submit the abstract required for the Poster or Oral Presentation in the abstract section.

  • Abstract font should be Arial, size 12, with a maximum word limit of 250 words.

  • Mention the transaction ID in the payment details section and upload the payment receipt.

NOTE: Abstracts have to be submitted for Oral and Poster Presentations. Selected abstracts will be presented as Oral/Poster presentations.

NOTE: Completion of both steps is mandatory for successful registration. Organizers cannot be held responsible if payment is made without filling in complete details in the registration form.
